Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 2–4 business days to prepare.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from California, USA.

Service Estimated Delivery Cost
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage) 3–7 business days Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping (U.S. orders over $75) 3–7 business days FREE

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or postal delays.


International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Double-check your tracking number and address.

  2. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  3. If still unresolved after 7 business days, email us — we’ll help file a claim or resend if necessary.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
We’re not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package returns to us, we can reship it once a new label is purchased.


Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If the carrier marks your package as “undeliverable” or “return to sender,” we’ll contact you once it arrives back at our facility. You can choose:

  • Refund (minus shipping), or

  • Reshipment (with new shipping fee).
